Julia Matthews is the founder of JM Collaborative, a strategy and operations consulting firm. JM Collaborative’s areas of focus include evaluation for continuous improvement, executive coaching, as well as organizational planning and growth strategy. Julia earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, her MS in teaching from Pace University, and her BA in International Relations from The University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about applying strategic and systems thinking approaches to the medical field in service of improving health outcomes. She is utilizing her expertise to provide the CDCN with consulting work.
