The Orphan Disease Center (ODC) will be hosting the 10th annual MDBR in person!
The CDCN participates in an annual event in Philadelphia, each year, the “Million Dollar Bike Ride”. Team Castleman rides to raise funds to further our research in our quest for a cure. This research will continue to help those lives impacted by Castleman Disease. We hope you can join us this year or donate to this event.
How to get involved:
- In person riders are needed!
- Virtual riders for Team Castleman (on a stationary bike, or on the road) can still participate with the mileage selected during registration anytime between now and June 10th. Ride a mile each day or the whole course all at once – whatever you prefer!
- Penn’s Orphan Disease Center will provide hashtags for sharing on social media, and we would love it if our Team Castleman posted personal cycling updates on your progress.

The ODC will hold a virtual spin class in advance of June 11th (exact date TBD) for participants who are unable to join us at the MDBR.
We also encourage Virtual Cyclists to join our Strava Club to track your progress!
Registration for this virtual option is free. However, a $10 donation is suggested to TEAM Castleman. 100% of your donation will be added to our team’s fundraising efforts.
Donate to support Team Castleman
All donations will be matched 100% by Penn’s Orphan Disease Center. Penn will match dollar for dollar so that we can double our research impact from funds raised through this ride.
We thank you for your ongoing support. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Mileva Repasky, mileva@castlemannetwork.org. For more information, you can also call the CDCN at 610-304-0696.
