Di Lam has extensive expertise in nonprofit fundraising and administrative leadership. As a consultant in the nonprofit and social impact sector, she has collaborated with organizations of diverse sizes and mission scopes, offering guidance in fundraising strategy and implementation, providing coaching, and serving in interim leadership roles during executive transitions. Di also excels in organizational strategy development and managing special projects such as technology integration, process enhancements, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
Prior to her work as a consultant, Di spent over a decade fundraising for youth development and education organizations in Los Angeles to improve outcomes for youth. Di has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
