Matthew Park is a consumer products and hospitality executive with experience across Fortune 100 and private-equity backed firms. He is currently Managing Partner of Park Advisory Services working in consulting/fractional senior executive capacities and is also a member of the Board of Directors for Eaton Hemp, a consumer wellness startup.
Recently, he was President and CEO of Sustainable Restaurant Group (owned by Bain Capital) and was also Chief Marketing Officer of Darden Restaurants, where he oversaw marketing, digital, culinary and innovation excellence. He was also responsible for Darden’s International Franchise Operations in over 20 countries.
His previous experience includes roles as the Chief Marketing and R&D Officer of Birds Eye Foods (owned by Vestar Capital) and Vice President/General Manager of Del Monte Foods’ Pet Products Division. His career started with General Mills and JPMorgan.
He has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Columbia University.
Matt lives in Windermere, FL with his wife, April, and their two children, one of whom is successfully battling Castleman Disease.
