Learn about the Castleman Disease Expert Panel (CDEP)

WHAT IS THE CDEP?

Launched in February 2025, the Castleman Disease Expert Panel serves as a centralized platform for reviewing complex Castleman disease cases, facilitating expert discussions on diagnosis and treatment strategies, and supporting data collection for ongoing research.

WHO IS THE CDEP?

Panelists are members of the CDCN Scientific Advisory Board, comprised of leading specialists in hematology, oncology, immunology, and pathology.
Logistical support is provided by the CDCN team.

WHEN DOES THE CDEP MEET AND WHO ATTENDS?

    • The 2nd Friday of each month, from 10:00-11:00 AM Eastern
    • Physicians requesting a case review are required to attend and will have 15 minutes to discuss with the panel
    • Patients are not included in these meetings
