Double Your Impact with Employer Matching Gifts

Did you know that many companies will match their employees’ charitable contributions—sometimes even dollar for dollar? This means your gift could go twice as far in supporting our mission, at no additional cost to you.

How to Find Out if Your Company Matches

Check Your Company’s Intranet

Many employers post information about charitable giving benefits on their internal HR or employee benefits website. Often employees can log in and find details on how to request a match or who to contact in HR.

Ask Your HR Department

If you’re unsure, a quick email or call to your Human Resources team can clarify whether your company offers a matching gift program and what steps to take.

Search Online

Some organizations partner with services that provide searchable databases of matching gift programs. If your employer participates, you can often find direct instructions for submitting a request.

Submit Your Request

If your company has a program, they’ll typically ask you to provide basic details about your donation:

  • The nonprofit’s name and EIN (Tax ID number) – for us you can use: Castleman Disease Collaborative Network, EIN 37-1510354
  • The donation amount and date
  • Sometimes, a copy of your donation receipt

Why It Matters

Employer matching gifts are one of the easiest ways to increase the impact of your generosity. By taking just a few extra minutes to check if your company participates, you could significantly expand the support we receive.
